It's not normal tofeel this .

Our bodies are built for so much more than the 'normal' we're told to accept.

The Circadian Rhythm Reset is the complete framework I created to restore the rhythm underneath your energy, sleep, mood, metabolism and hormones.

I'm done with this 'normal'

$297 · yours for life · 30-day guarantee

IDK how it happened, but… Somewhere along the way, we all agreed that being tired, wired, moody, hungry at weird times and
hijacked by our hormones is just 'normal'
and 'part of being a woman.'

And sure, this stuff is common. But common doesn't mean it's actually normal.

The normal our bodies are built for looks a lot more like this:

  • waking up EXCITED for the day aheadinstead of feeling like death
  • energy that carries us through the entire dayinstead of tanking at 10am and 3pm
  • being hungry for breakfastinstead of raiding the fridge before bed
  • a steady mood no matter what the day bringsinstead of snapping and feeling bad later
  • getting truly sleepy at bedtimeinstead of a second wind at 10pm
  • a cycle we can count oninstead of one that ambushes us every month

What's crazy is that instead of a dozen different causes to chase down, our energy, sleep, mood, appetite and cycle all have their roots in ONE system underneath everything else in our bodies.

This system's entire job is timing: when to wake up, when to get hungry, when to wind down, when to release our hormones. And this system is our circadian rhythm, which reads the time from the light around us.

The problem is, our light has changed dramatically in the last fifteen years. Our days are spent inside, where it's too dim to register as day, and our nights are spent under LEDs and in front of screens that SCREAM daytime long after the day is over.

A long tiled hallway under fluorescent ceiling lights that seems to go on foreverRows of glowing round lights repeating across a dark ceiling

Which means our circadian rhythms are basically
living in a fun house, where nights look like noon
and days don't look like any time at all.

And everything that runs off this very important system starts happening at the wrong time, and we get the 3pm crash, the second wind, feeling all snappy, the desperate need for a midnight snack, and the monthly ambush.

If you've been feeling any of this…Nothing about your body is actually broken.Your rhythm is just stuck in a fun house
with really. bad. lighting.

Here's how we get out of the fun house: (without moving into a literal cave either)

A bright sun over a green meadow and a treeA small campfire glowing in the darkA dark night sky full of stars

We give our circadian rhythm back what it's made to read: bright light during the day, low, dim and warm light in the evening, and real darkness at night. This is circadian living, and the Reset teaches you the entire practice, from the why behind every piece to exactly how to set up your home, your phone and your days.

One of the best parts? Once you have everything set up, most of it runs on its own, so it never becomes one more routine to keep up with. In my own home, most days I never even have to think about it!

Because let's be real, trying to take good care of our health can be overwhelming, between all the supplements, protocols, diets and impossible routines. Circadian living is where we get to set so much of that constant effort down and build a foundation we can rest into, one that keeps working for us even on our busiest days.

Of course, life won't always happen inside the home you've set up for yourself. But because you'll learn the why and the how behind every piece, you can make circadian living work wherever your life really happens: a weird Airbnb, a too-long family visit, a date-night dinner after dark, and even the situations nobody could plan for. And on the days that go completely sideways, that's okay too. You just pick back up at the next beat of your rhythm.

Our bodies respond to the light around us in every moment, so the shift starts as soon as the light does. And most women notice something within the first two to four weeks. The first changes can be subtle enough to sneak up on you, like realizing you don't even remember falling asleep. (This was the very first change for me!)

From there, the quicker, everyday changes tend to come first: feeling your body ease toward bed at night, waking up energized and ready to go, an afternoon that softens instead of crashing, a longer fuse with the people you love, and a hunger that shows up at mealtimes instead of midnight.

The deeper changes take longer, like less inflammation (hello, random puffiness, aches and bloating) and a calmer nervous system that isn't always bracing for the next thing. And changes in your menstrual cycle usually come last, because your cycle reflects everything else. This can look like knowing when your period is coming, a week before it that feels like any other week, and a period itself that doesn't knock you flat. Monthly ambush, officially canceled.

This is why I ask you to hold a three-month horizon, to give your rhythm time to reset, even on the weeks that feel slow. Our bodies aren't actually slow, they're METHODICAL geniuses, and three months gives you enough days (and cycles) to really see the direction you're heading.

Remember the 'normal' we've all been told to accept? This is where we trade it in for a brand new baseline of health: the REAL normal our bodies were built for all along.

From women I've worked with:

I feel calm in my luteal phase instead of getting PMS… I'm feeling less anxiety overall about my health.

J.L.

Night and day.... Most of my symptoms are 95-100% better on a daily basis.

R.M.

So how do I get there?

Here's everything inside the Reset:

  1. You'll begin with a warm welcome and the Quick Start, so you can take your first steps the very same day you join.

  2. Module 1: The Foundation.

    The why behind everything.

You'll finally understand why your energy, sleep, mood, appetite and cycle all go off at once, how your body reads the time from light, and exactly what modern lighting has been doing to every part of your health, especially as a woman.

    See the 3 lessons
    • 1.1 Why Everything Feels Off at Once
    • 1.2 It's Not You, It's the Light
    • 1.3 Wired, Tired, Inflamed, Stressed & Hormonal
  3. Module 2: A Circadian Day.

    The how, start to finish.

You'll set up an entire circadian day around your real life: the sun from your first morning light to sunset, every room in your home, your phone and other screens, and when to wear blue light glasses (and which ones!), so the light around you holds your rhythm, all day and night long.

  4. Module 3: Living in Rhythm.

Making it last all year long.

What to expect as your body responds and how long it takes, how to keep your rhythm through whatever throws it off, like travel, time changes and busy weeks, and how your practice shifts with the seasons, from bright summers to dark winters.

But how is this all different from just getting morning sun?

Morning sun is SO good for us, but it's just one piece.

Our circadian rhythm is reading the light around us all day and all night, so the Reset covers all 24 hours, and shows you how to make every light that reaches your eyes work for your rhythm, from the sun to the lights in your home to your screens.

It doesn't stop at one day, either.

The light changes all year long, so your practice needs to follow it. Winter is our season for melatonin and deeper rest, summer is our season for vitamin D, and you'll know how to shift right along with them, so it works as well in January as it does in July.

This also goes deeper than everything else we've tried for our health.

A disrupted circadian rhythm is the root beneath the other root causes, which is why so many of those efforts don't fully land. This means nothing we tried was a waste, it just never had a steady rhythm underneath it. Even nervous system work, as good as it is, sits one floor above the circadian rhythm, because our nervous system is always asking what time it is.

Most of all, this is circadian living for a woman's body.

So much circadian advice comes from a male-centered biohacking world that rarely even thinks about a menstrual cycle, let alone the rest of the stages and passages of womanhood. But our circadian rhythm is part of EVERY one of them, from our monthly cycle to our fertility, motherhood and perimenopause.

I made the Reset for women on purpose, because women's health is what led me to the circadian rhythm in the first place.

Jessa Rose
Jessa Rose L.Ac. FAELicensed AcupuncturistBiochemistFertility Awareness Educator

Hey, I'm Jessa: holistic women's health practitioner and full-on circadian nerd (obvi).

For over seven years, I've specialized in supporting women with their menstrual cycles, including PMOS (PCOS), endometriosis, missing or painful periods, and coming off birth control.

My own significant health struggles started in my teens, and I spent more than a decade working too hard on my health. When I opened my practice, I saw my patients working just as hard, right alongside me. And in 2021, I finally found the layer none of us had ever been taught to look at: the circadian rhythm.

It felt like my entire life had been leading to that moment. The biochemistry, the seasonal living at the heart of Chinese medicine, the body literacy of fertility awareness: for the first time, everything pointed to the SAME thing.

Once I started living it, my health quickly got both easier and better than it had ever been in my adult life, and I watched the same kinds of shifts unfold for my patients. So I've been turning my practice toward teaching women circadian living ever since.

Now I wake up every morning without an alarm, ready to fn GOOO, already thinking about how I can better share this work with women as I enjoy my morning sun with my man and my dogs, Piper & Bailey :)

I also teach circadian foundations to other women's health educators and practitioners every year, at the Well School of Body Literacy and in CEUs for the Association of Fertility Awareness Professionals.

I am so grateful to have a fellow provider teaching this work with such clarity and depth.

Dr. Colleen Holland, DC, FAE, HRHP

And if you're the skeptical type, you don't have to just take my word for it all.

Words from women I've worked with over the years:

I feel like I can actually just live my life while having my period instead of not existing for a few days every month.

M.E.

I didn't quite expect to get a full paradigm shift in how I view my health! What I learned from Jessa was how to… find health through the lens of being a woman, a business owner, a mother, and a human in relation to the Earth's natural rhythms.

K.L.

For the first time in my life, I'm not chronically bloated. My sleep, energy levels, and digestion are consistent.

A.K.

For the first time in my life, I've experienced what it's like to have a normal healthy menstrual cycle. I can function in the world again!

S.S.

After experiencing amenorrhea and PCOS for 7 years… I am so relieved to have regular moon cycles once again and to be reconnected to this essential piece of myself!

S.H.

Her content is unmatched, it's never overwhelming but always deeply informative… she has helped me so much by making the healing process not scary, & even fun!

Any questions?

How much time will this take?

Less than you'd think. The lessons are short videos you can watch (or listen to) wherever you are, and the Quick Start gets you going the very same day you begin. Setting up your home and your phone takes some committed time up front. After that, most of it runs on its own, and your biggest daily habit is stepping outside into the morning light and catching a few minutes of sunlight throughout your day.

What will I need to buy? What if I rent, or I'm on a budget?

Most of what you'll buy is a good pair of blue light glasses, plus light bulbs and other lighting options. You'll start with what you already have, and every room comes with examples at every price point, from simple swaps to bigger upgrades. And since lamps and bulbs are portable, your setup works in a rental and can always move with you to your next home.

I'm a night owl, I have a new baby, or I work shifts. Will this work for me?

Night owls actually tend to shift the most once their light changes. For night wakings with a baby or child, you'll learn how to light your way without waking your body (or your kiddo!) all the way up. Shift work is more complex: the daily principles still matter, but night or rotating shifts deserve more individual attention than a course can give, so the Consult is available to help you build a plan around your schedule.

Can I do this with a health condition, on hormonal birth control, or in perimenopause?

Yes. Your circadian rhythm sits underneath every system in your body, so it supports whatever else you're doing for your health. It isn't a treatment for any one condition, so keep working with your provider or practitioner. If you're on hormonal birth control, your circadian rhythm can't have the same impact on your cycle, but circadian living still supports every other system in your body and can make coming off easier when you're ready. And in perimenopause, your circadian rhythm helps carry your body through the transition from a monthly cycle to a daily rhythm, and supports the sleep and mood shifts so many women feel. You definitely don't need circadian disruption adding more symptoms on top of it all. And if you'd like 1:1 care with me, email me at [email protected].

What happens after I buy?

You'll get your receipt, an email with your login, and another with how to put the Reset on your phone. Then you'll begin with a quick welcome and the Quick Start, so you'll be able to take your first steps that same day.

We are built to feel this .
