These terms cover anything you sign up for, buy, or book from Thrive with Jessa LLC. By purchasing or booking, you agree to them.

Guides, courses, and recorded trainings

  • Your purchase is for your own personal use. Please don't share, resell, or post the materials, your login, or the videos.
  • Guides are delivered by email. Courses and recorded trainings live in the client portal at my.thrivewithjessa.com.

Refunds

  • Courses come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it's not right for you, email me within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
  • Guides, CEUs, and workshops are non-refundable.

1:1 sessions

All sessions are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the session will forfeit the full session fee. Exceptions may be made at my discretion for genuine emergencies.
